Lead Generator -Telesurveying (Outbound)
The Role:
As a Lead Generator, your role will be to provide a continuous stream of qualified leads by gathering information through Business-to-Business telephone surveying.
To be successful, you must be comfortable generating a large volume of short outgoing calls per day where volume of calls equals results.
Experience:
Previous telemarketing experience is preferred but not essential. Some post secondary education is preferred. The opportunity would also be suitable for students with a mature voice enrolled in a degree or diploma program.
Must speak clear, articulate English and be proficient in Microsoft Windows environment.
Familiarity with CRM software such as ACT or Maximizer is preferred.
Locations:
Satellite offices in New Westminster and Vancouver are located within close walking distance of SkyTrain.
We also have a satellite office on the North Shore.
Upon proven performance, work-from-home arrangements may be made.
Hours:
Hours are flexible. Most of our lead generators work between 5 and 7 hours per day.
Calls may be made between 6am and 5 pm depending on time zones being called.
American Statutory holidays are observed.
Compensation:
Our performance based pay structure allows the lead generator to work at their chosen pace.
Equivalent hourly rates are minimum $ 12 - $ 20+ depending on performance.
Salaried or contract.

Confirmer/Database & Direct Mail Production:
Confirming information by business to business surveying is one of the main tasks of this
position. Importing and exporting of data files and production of mail merged direct mail
are required. Careful attention to detail and understanding of database structures desirable.
Post secondary education in library sciences would be an asset.
Hourly plus performance bonus. Permanent full or part time.
Flexible working hours.
